The Launch of the New Motorola Android Phones

From a single device in 2008 to well over 25 models, the Android smartphone platform from Google has proved to be textbook sleeper hit, with virtually every vendor worth its salt releasing an Android touch screen only phone. With the Milestone, Motorola has chosen to kit their devices with slide-out full QWERTY keyboards, providing keyboard- diehards some much needed Android love.

With Smartphone reviews claiming Moto Droid (Milestone) as one of the best spec'd phones to ever run Android, Motorola will be back with a bang as Motorola and Verizone Wireless set out to add two new Motorola Android Smartphones to its portfolio in July this year. Catching the Android wave- as an open-source OS- may lead to some confusion, but the new releases are likely to turn the wave and vindicate themselves as top smartphones.
