Droid X Sold Out!

If you are still looking to buy your own Motorola Droid X, then you are out of luck because it is sold out! Yes, the new smart phone from Motorola which was launched only last Thursday exceeded Verizon's demand expectations.

Shipping for the next batch of new phones has been pushed back to July 23. Verizon Wireless retail stores, as well as Best Buys around the country are saying they have little or no stock left.

The Droid X sells for $200 after a $100 online discount from Verizon. It has a 4.3-inch display, an 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash and a 1-GHz processor with the Android 2.1 operating system.

Those of you who are still looking to buy a Droid X may try at some Verizon stores but the instant discount is no longer available. You will have to settle for a $100 mail-in rebate instead.
